The Process

The registration process has multiple steps. Groups must apply to register before actually registering. The application to register is less detailed and is to be completed by the group leader. The group leader will serve as the main point of contact between the group and Mount 2000. The application to register will open October 1st. The link will be published on this page. Groups will be notified via email whether their application has been accepted. Individuals within groups will be able to register starting November 1st, given their group's application has been accepted.

Prices (per retreatant)

  • Retreat Price: $75 per retreatant ($65 for early registration, $85 for late registration)

  • Housing Prices:

    • On-Campus for groups of 20 or more: $25 per retreatant

    • Hotel rooms accommodate 2-6 persons depending on room type. Rooms will be distributed by the hotel staff according to group size and male/female ratio. Male and female rooms are in separate buildings. All rooms cost $80/night, so the per retreatant price will be $40-$80 for the weekend depending on the capacity of rooms utilized.
