Fr. Michael-Joseph Paris of St. Thérèse, OCD

Fr. Michael-Joseph Paris, OCD is a Discalced Carmelite Friar of the Province of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  Born in Columbia, MD, he studied theology at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and was ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Washington, DC in 2011.  Father Michael-Joseph entered the Carmelite Order and made his final vows in 2023. He serves as Subprior and Director of Postulants in the Community of Holy Hill, located in Hubertus, Wisconsin, and contributes to various media outlets, having appeared on Ascension Presents.

Megan Hjelmstad

Wife, enthusiastic hockey mom, and Army Veteran, Megan Hjelmstad, fell in love with the Lord at a young age.  She shares her love and joy serving God and His Church as a Catholic Author, Speaker, and Women’s Mentor.  She spoke about her book, Offer it Up: Discovering Deep Meaning and Powerful Purpose in Suffering with Scott Hahn on a recent episode of the Road to Emmaus Podcast. Megan lives with her husband and children in the Diocese of Colorado Springs

Jeff Schinstock

Jeff Schinstock is the Director of the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis for the Diocese of Lincoln.  He has a deep love for the Faith and the Church, and has served in several apostolates both locally and nationally. Jeff lives in Lincoln with his family.

Sr. Miriam Bethel, SV

Sr. Miriam grew up in the small town of Hebron, NE. After graduating from the University of Kansas, Sr. Miriam entered the Sisters of Life in 2019.  She currently serves in a mission of service to vulnerable pregnant women, residing at Visitation Convent in New York City.

Fr. James Searby

Born in Queens, Fr. Searby studied at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia for the Diocese of Arlington and was ordained a priest in 2005.  He has served in the parish and as a chaplain for George Mason University.  Father Searby hosts a Podcast, “Holiness for the Working Day.”

Lisa Hunt

Lisa Hunt is a consecrated virgin living in the world, dedicating her life to the service of the Church as a bride of Christ.  Originally from California, Lisa first encountered Christ in college and entered the Catholic Church through RCIA.  She moved to Colorado Springs in 2017 and is currently active in campus ministry, serving the students of UCCS, guiding them closer to Jesus.
