Mount Saint Mary's University
Mount 2000 is hosted on the campus of Mount St. Mary’s University, the second-oldest Catholic university in the country. Set in the hills of Emmitsburg, Maryland, the campus gives the weekend its home, with room for worship, talks, and community.
Mount Saint Mary Seminary
Mount 2000 is planned and run by the seminarians of Mount St. Mary’s Seminary. These men, who are preparing for priesthood, pour their time and gifts into building a weekend that helps young people encounter Christ. Vendors and sponsors help make that possible.
Chirho Events
ChiRho Events is the Catholic event registration platform behind Mount 2000. Built specifically for Catholic youth conferences and parish events, it keeps the process smooth for groups, chaperones, and organizers alike, and it helps Mount 2000 welcome every guest well from the first click to the final Mass.
Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, and founded in 1860, the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia are a teaching order known for their joyful witness, beautiful liturgy, and devotion to forming young people in the faith. Their presence at Mount 2000 gives attendees the chance to meet women religious and hear what a life given to Christ looks like.
Franciscan Sisters, T.O.R.
The Franciscan Sisters, T.O.R., of Penance of the Sorrowful Mother, live a life of prayer, penance, and service in the spirit of St. Francis. At Mount 2000 they offer young people a joyful, down-to-earth encounter with religious life and the Franciscan charism.
National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes
Just steps from campus in Emmitsburg, the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes has drawn pilgrims for generations as a place of quiet prayer and devotion to Our Lady. As a partner of Mount 2000, the Grotto invites attendees to slow down and entrust the weekend to Mary.
